Recently, Hi-Tech Systems owner Rick Swanson had the privilege of stabilizing the concrete on a very special monument. The Village of Oak Lawn along with The Oak Lawn Fire Department, Oak Lawn Police Department and Oak Lawn Rotary Club have been working tirelessly to create a September 11th monument honoring our first responders and the American spirit.
