Hi-Tech Spall FX is the consistency of water, described as 1 cps, (centipoise), whereas our Spall FX is 25 cps, which is extremely thin for maximum penetration. This is our standard spall repair that most easily penetrates cracks in concrete. This product is also extremely fast, working time is 1-1/2 minutes, final cure in 10 minutes.
HT-SPALL FX2
Hi-Tech Spall FX2 is also 25 cps viscosity, same strength and physical properties as Spall FX but with slower set time which is ideal for large repair areas that need more working time
HT-SPALL TX
Hi-Tech Spall TX is 250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall FX but in a thicker viscosity, (250 cps is similar to the viscosity of milk). This thicker material is advantageous when injecting under tile or any blind area where controlling the loss of material in hairline cracks is necessary.
HT-SPALL TX2
Hi-Tech Spall TX2 is 250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX but in slower set formula for large repair areas that need more working time.
HI-TECH PE85
Hi-Tech Polyurea Elastomer, (Hi-Tech-PE85), is a technologically advanced, self leveling, 100% solids, two component, 1:1 ratio, joint and crack filler. Designed for concrete with low to medium thermal cycling. It cures rapidly and consistently in applications ranging from -20ºF to 130ºF. Product is tack free in 5 to 15 minutes. Applications can be reopened to vehicle or foot traffic in 1 hour
