HT AR-Spray 55

HT AR-SPRAY 55 is a technologically advanced, 100% solids, two component, 1:1 ratio, fast set, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for concrete, metal, fiberglass and wood surfaces.

Pressure-injection for cracks in structural concrete, masonry, wood, etc.

Gravity-feed of cracks in horizontal concrete and masonry.

Epoxy resin binder for epoxy mortar patching and overlay of interior, horizontal surfaces.

Seal interior slabs and exterior above-grade slabs for water, chlorides, mild chemical attack and to improve performance.

Grouting bolts, dowels, pins, etc.

Mixing:

HT AR-SPRAY 55 may not be diluted under any circumstances. Thoroughly mix side B material with a jiffy mixer until a homogenous mixture and color is obtained. Do not allow air to be incorporated into the product. Side A Isocyanate requires no mixing.

Application:

Precondition both the A and B sides to between 75-80° before application. HT-AR-SPRAY 55 should be applied using a plural component, low pressure spray mixing machine like the Hi-Tech SB2005.
