Hi-Tech Spall FX is the consistency of water, described as 1 cps, (centipoise), whereas our Spall FX is 25 cps, which is extremely thin for maximum penetration. This is our standard spall repair that most easily penetrates cracks in concrete. This product is also extremely fast, working time is 1-1/2 minutes, final cure in 10 minutes.
HT-SPALL FX2
Hi-Tech Spall FX2 is also 25 cps viscosity, same strength and physical properties as Spall FX but with slower set time which is ideal for large repair areas that need more working time
HT-SPALL TX
Hi-Tech Spall TX is 250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall FX but in a thicker viscosity, (250 cps is similar to the viscosity of milk). This thicker material is advantageous when injecting under tile or any blind area where controlling the loss of material in hairline cracks is necessary.
HT-SPALL TX2
Hi-Tech Spall TX2 is 250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX but in slower set formula for large repair areas that need more working time.
HT-SPALL FLEX
Hi-Tech Spall Flex is 25 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall FX but remains slightly flexible after curing to better move and flex with thermal expansion and contraction of the concrete.
HI-TECH ARR
Hi-Tech ARR (Asphalt Road Repair) is 300 cps viscosity, high strength repair material for asphalt roads. Two part, 1:1 system is 100% solids, pigmented to match asphalt and has an extended pot life for large repair jobs which require adequate working time.

Hi-Tech CRR (Concrete Road Repair) is 300 cps viscosity, high strength repair material for concrete roads. Two part, 1:1 system is 100% solids, pigmented concrete gray and has an extended pot life for large repair jobs which require adequate working time
HI-TECH PE85
Hi-Tech Polyurea Elastomer, (Hi-Tech-PE85), is a technologically advanced, self leveling, 100% solids, two component, 1:1 ratio, joint and crack filler. Designed for concrete with low to medium thermal cycling. It cures rapidly and consistently in applications ranging from -20ºF to 130ºF. Product is tack free in 5 to 15 minutes. Applications can be reopened to vehicle or foot traffic in 1 hour
HT-ARSPRAY 55
Hi-Tech AR SPRAY-55 is a 100% solids, two component, 1:1 ratio, fast set, low pressure spray applied, modified polyurea liner system for concrete, metal, fiberglass and wood surfaces. Features: seamless, elastomeric, chemical resistant, abrasion and impact resistant, high build. Uses: industrial floorings, walkways, waterproof decking, secondary containment lining, concrete vaults, safety posts, truck bed and cargo liners, utility vehicles, horse trailers.
HI-TECH HC64
HT-HC64 is a two component, fast set, rapid cure, solvent free*, flexible, high performance, and high solids elastomer that can be applied to properly prepared interior or exterior concrete, plywood and metal surfaces. Due to its fast gel time, it is suitable for applications in temperatures as low as 20°F. It may be applied in single or multiple applications. It is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing applications in various temperatures and ranges of humidity. Features: non-gassing, seamless, recoatable, good thermal stability, good chemical resistance, excellent low temperature flexibility, can be applied at any thickness, meets USDA criteria, interior or exterior applications. Uses: vehicular traffic areas, sundecks & balconies, horse stalls, wash racks, kennels, exterior & interior walkways, patios & stairways, interior floors & mechanical rooms.
