Question: How much polyurea joint fill do I need to fill a floor joint?

Answer:
One gallon will fill approximately 100’ in a typical joint at ¾” depth in a new warehouse floor. This includes the amount of overflow that is shaved off after the polyurea cures. A 22 oz, cartridge typically will fill 15’ of a standard floor joint. Please see volume charts for exact calculations.
