Question: What is the reason the polyurea joint fill did not cure?

Answer:
It is off ratio. When using a machine to pump the polyurea, it is necessary to make sure nothing has caused it to pump off ratio. Monitor the level in the tanks regularly. Hand dispensing needs to be done with consistent smooth pressure. Always be sure to dispense a small amount off to the side when beginning to ensure the product is on ratio before installing in a floor joint.
