New & Improved Hi-Tech Spall Products
These changes have been made after evaluating the characteristics of our products and responding to customer feedback. We continually strive to develop the best products for real world situations and welcome your input.
Existing Properties:
- As you’ve seen, Hi-Tech Spall FX has the consistency of water. The viscosity of water is described as 1 cps, (centipoise), whereas our Spall FX is 25 cps, which is extremely thin for maximum penetration.
- Custom colors available, standard is concrete gray.
New Changes and Modifications::
- Improved formula minimizes the effects of moisture.
- Improved bond strength to itself.
New Products:
- Hi-Tech Spall FX2:
25 cps viscosity, same strength and physical properties as Spall FX but with slower set time which is ideal for large repair areas that need more working time.
- Hi-Tech Spall TX:
250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall FX but in a thicker viscosity, (250 cps is similar to the viscosity of milk). This thicker material is advantageous when injecting under tile or any blind area where controlling the loss of material in hairline cracks in necessary.
- Hi-Tech Spall TX2:
250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX but in slower set formula for large repair areas that need more working time.
- Hi-Tech Spall TX3:
250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX & TX2 but in the slowest set formula for the largest repair areas.
- Hi-Tech Spall TX Flex:
250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX but remains slightly flexible after curing to better move and flex with thermal expansion and contraction of the concrete.
- Hi-Tech Spall TX2 Flex
250 cps viscosity, same strength as Spall TX Flex but in slower set formula for large repair areas that need more working time.
